What's one thing you regret doing, or not doing?

I really need to let this go, but years ago when I was fresh outta college in San Diego, I was working on a friend's independent movie. I had made the commitment for a week and we had just started when I got the call from La Jolla Playhouse to be an understudy with guaranteed stage time for the original cast of "The Laramie Project." I told them I was already committed to this other project. I totally blew off an opportunity that could have changed my acting career forever. I am still a non-union actor just rounding 30... Of course I need to be okay with that choice and know that other opportunities will come along, but I can't help kicking myself for the stupidity!
